「The General Affairs Team is Coding?」

The team that showed the most dramatic change was the General Affairs team.

The General Affairs team is responsible for important tasks that support the organization's daily operations and foundation, including employee account management, corporate vehicle and office lease contract management, and facility management and operations. While it may seem distant from development on the surface, through AI Vibe Coding practice with AWS Kiro, they demonstrated new possibilities.

A Big Wave Starting from a Small Idea

The entire story started with one idea.

「What if our customer C-level executives could directly experience AI coding?」

This single remark from our CEO became the seed, and we planned the AI Vibe Coding practice program based on AWS Kiro beta testing.

Initially, it started as a one-time experience program at an event for customer employees, but the response was hotter than expected. Thanks to positive customer feedback and strong management interest, the idea naturally emerged to 「spread this experience throughout the company.」 And the first back-office organization to join this journey was the General Affairs team.

The General Affairs Team's Concerns and Challenge

The General Affairs team plays a vital role in company operations. However, they face many repetitive and time-consuming tasks.

• Analyzing employee commute patterns and transportation options
• Calculating and settling costs based on office floor area
• Creating accounts for new employees and deleting accounts for departing employees, etc.

These tasks are necessary, but they consume considerable time, with days passing quickly.

In the practice training, the General Affairs team decided to tackle this challenge with AI Vibe Coding. While there was doubt about whether it was possible, remarkable results emerged when AI met simple scripts.

• Employee data could be automatically collected and analyzed by AI to understand commute convenience,
• Using a floor plan calculator, area and costs could be calculated immediately without on-site visits, and
• The account management process was automated, eliminating the need for manual work.

The surprising part didn't end there. After the practice training, the General Affairs team continued with various initiatives on their own.

They directly built a facility information webpage so that key space information and usage procedures could be seen at a glance, and as a result, repetitive inquiries decreased, allowing them to focus on more important tasks.

Most importantly, the valuable change was the confidence that 「non-developers can also create something directly through AI.」

The General Affairs team's success became a powerful stimulus for other departments. The Finance Department and Business Support Department are also continuing their own practice sessions based on AI Vibe Coding, which is leading to company-wide expansion.
