MegazoneCloud launches 'AIR Innovation Lab', a one-stop service for generative AI

AIR Innovation Lab is not limited to simply demonstrating AI technology, but is a one-stop service composed of an experience space designed to consider actual work linkage of generative AI and explore application methods, and a workshop that derives customized Quick-Win tasks based on this. By utilizing this service, it is designed to establish an optimized execution strategy for the company in just 4 weeks and secure an execution plan that can be connected to an actual PoC (Proof of Concept) project.

Through this, the purpose is to provide practical help to ▲companies hesitant due to lack of data or personnel despite wanting to adopt AI ▲DX department employees who don't know where to start ▲organizations seeking optimal application methods for actual work ▲operational departments wanting to derive Quick-Win projects.

Megazone Cloud has structured the service so that companies exploring AI adoption can find answers to three questions they are most curious about through experience spaces and workshops: ▲adoption cases of companies that have implemented it ▲experience with applicable technologies and platforms ▲business areas where adoption is possible.

In the experience space, based on actual AI utilization cases from various industries, companies can explore generative AI adoption models suitable for their organizations. Cases by major industries such as finance, manufacturing, and distribution can be searched through natural language-based conversations with AI chatbots.

Subsequently, companies can directly experience various AI technologies such as voice consultation AI, customer support automation chatbots, and internal knowledge-based search engines under conditions similar to actual work environments. Integration with business systems actually used by companies such as Zendesk and Jira can also be confirmed, making it possible to specifically review practical application scenarios.

The workshop is conducted by Megazone Cloud's AI specialists and solution architects, and consists of stages that define AI application areas matching each company's work structure and goals, and derive customized Quick-Win tasks that enable small-scale pilot implementation within a short period. Through the workshop, companies can design projects that can verify effectiveness in actual work environments and secure practical implementation roadmaps to materialize AI utilization within the organization.

2-3 dedicated personnel from Megazone Cloud are assigned to each customer and participate closely throughout the entire process, going beyond simply providing guidance to jointly perform execution-focused strategy design and task definition.

The workshop is conducted as an intensive program lasting approximately 1-2 weeks, deriving specific business areas where AI can be prioritized for application based on each company's industry characteristics and internal work structure. In this process, practical application methods applicable to actual business environments such as customer service automation, internal document summarization, and voice consultation systems are defined together with Megazone Cloud's technology experts.

Based on the derived application areas, an executable AI strategy roadmap is established.
