NextEra is a digital specialist company jointly established by Aramco Digital, a digital and technology subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, and LTIMindtree, a global IT services company. Through this contract, Megazone Cloud has been designated as NextEra's exclusive partner in Saudi Arabia and will provide the Cloud Management Platform (CMP) 'SpaceONE' for Saudi Arabia's digital transformation.

The contract was signed to coincide with NextEra CEO Dina Aboonoq's recent visit to Korea. The signing ceremony held at Megazone's Industry-Academia-Research Center in Gwacheon was attended by CEO Dina Aboonoq, Megazone Cloud Chairman Lee Joo-wan, Nabil Al-Nuaim, CEO of Aramco Digital and Chairman of NextEra's Board of Directors, and Jo Jun-hee, Chairman of the Korea Artificial Intelligence Software Industry Association (KOSA).

Through this contract, NextEra plans to adopt Megazone Cloud's CMP 'SpaceONE' to build a flexible platform that enables easier and safer operation of multi-cloud environments. 'SpaceONE' supports governance management, resource automation, real-time monitoring, and regulatory compliance through an integrated management system.

Along with the MSA signing, both companies are establishing a practical cooperation framework to support domestic technology companies' entry into the Middle East market. Megazone Cloud plans to practically support Korean companies' entry into the Middle East, including SaaS and AI companies, through NextEra, and will also jointly promote education and talent development programs to revitalize Saudi Arabia's digital ecosystem.

This cooperation, promoted as part of Saudi Arabia's national development strategy 'Vision 2030', is expected to meet the core needs of local companies such as securing Saudi Arabia's digital sovereignty, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing cloud performance, while accelerating the adoption of next-generation technologies such as AI and IoT.

NextEra CEO Dina Aboonoq said, "NextEra believes that cloud is the key driver of digital transformation," and added, "Through cooperation with Megazone Cloud, we have been able to provide a next-generation platform that allows Saudi companies to have complete control over their operations even in complex IT environments, which will be a strategic milestone for Saudi Arabia's leap forward as a global digital leader and AI powerhouse."

Megazone Cloud Chairman Lee Joo-wan said, "This contract is significant in that Megazone Cloud's core capabilities and customer-tailored value have been recognized in the global market, beyond simply supplying solutions," and added, "As the journey that began with cooperation with KOSA has led to tangible results with NextEra and Aramco Digital, we will continue to establish a solid bridgehead to activate Korean technology companies' entry into the Middle East."
