MegazoneCloud builds Salesforce-based CRM system for PI Advanced Materials

Megazone Cloud (CEO Yom Dong-hoon), a leading AI and cloud company, successfully built a Salesforce-based CRM system to enhance the sales management system of PI Advanced Materials, the world's No. 1 polyimide (PI) film market company.

Over approximately 4 months, Megazone Cloud recently completed a project centered on Salesforce's Sales Cloud that significantly enhanced PI Advanced Materials' customer responsiveness and sales operational efficiency, and integrated internal collaboration and information management systems.

This project was carried out with the goal of establishing a systematic information management system for PI Advanced Materials for sophisticated and rapid sales activities. Until now, information was managed by individual sales representatives, which limited the sharing and collaboration of customer-related history, and the core task of the project was to solve the problem of increasing resource burden invested in repetitive reporting tasks and data organization.

Through Salesforce's Sales Cloud, Megazone Cloud connected key customer-related data such as claims and complaints, receivables information, products, unit prices, and sample information to a single integrated screen, and established a foundation for comprehensively understanding customer situations in the sales field. As a result, each manager can now check past customer touchpoints and transaction history at a glance, enabling faster and more accurate responses.

Additionally, Megazone Cloud built various automation features to reduce repetitive tasks for PI Advanced Materials employees. Automatic notifications are set for receivables collection schedules, customer response deadlines, and major reporting contents, enabling error-free task processing. Meeting minutes are also designed to be automatically reported in a standardized format according to importance. Through this, manual work procedures have been simplified, reducing the burden on practitioners and increasing accuracy.

The internal communication system was also newly configured within the CRM platform. Megazone Cloud utilized Salesforce's collaboration feature, Chatter, to establish team-level communication channels and implemented a structure where tasks can be shared by sales opportunities and progress can be transparently understood. As a result, real-time collaboration and feedback within the organization became possible, and inefficiencies caused by information gaps between departments were greatly resolved.

Megazone Cloud also directly planned and operated user training for system implementation. To help practitioners using Salesforce for the first time adapt quickly, it systematically delivered everything from basic concepts to practical application methods, and also provided on-site support through real-time feedback during the initial system implementation phase.
