MegazoneCloud acquires AWS Generative AI Competency

• Certification of technical expertise and optimal service delivery capabilities for customers' AI adoption using AWS generative AI technology
• Completed generative AI construction for customers such as Hana Tour, Hansol Paper, and hy through proprietary generative AI service 'GenAI360'

Megazone Cloud (CEO Yim Dong-hun), a leading AI and cloud company, has acquired Amazon Web Services' 'AWS Generative AI Competency'.

'AWS Generative AI Competency' is an AWS specialized capability that helps customers more easily adopt generative AI solutions. AWS Generative AI Competency partners provide customized solutions and a wide range of services, tools, and infrastructure in areas such as security, applications, and integration, offering customers diverse options across models and technologies.

Representative examples of AWS's generative AI technology include Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker Jumpstart, Amazon CodeWhisperer, AWS Trainium, and AWS Inferentia.

Megazone Cloud has provided customized services through its proprietary service GenAI360, which offers consulting, construction, and operation for companies seeking to adopt generative AI, enabling customers to create business value using generative AI.

In October last year, based on generative AI project experience, the company launched 'GenAI360 v2', an enhanced version of the existing GenAI360 service to enable companies to adopt and operate generative AI more easily and efficiently. The new version newly includes 'GenAI360 Platform', an enterprise generative AI platform.

'GenAI360 Platform' is an all-in-one platform for building generative AI as required by enterprises, designed to allow users and administrators to utilize generative AI according to their respective business needs in an integrated usage environment. Through the GenAI360 Platform, users can use enterprise-customized generative AI, and operations managers can configure and optimize generative AI services without programming knowledge.

Last year, Megazone Cloud successfully completed multiple AI projects by applying GenAI360, including Hansol Paper Hana Tour AI chatbot system, hy (formerly Korea Yakult) customer mall search system, and Hansol Paper sales log system enhancement project.

Prior to this, Megazone Cloud was selected in November last year as the sole domestic participant in the 'Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance'. Among AWS's approximately 130,000 partners in 200 countries, 11 companies participate in the 'Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance', with 2 selected in Asia including Megazone Cloud.
