MegazoneCloud establishes strategic partnership with Atlassian

Megazone Cloud (CEO Yom Dong-hoon), a leading AI and cloud company, is launching an innovation initiative for domestic software collaboration and development environments in partnership with Atlassian, a global leader in collaboration and productivity software.

The two companies recently signed a 「Strategic Partnership for Enhanced Cloud Business Collaboration」 at Megazone Academy and Research Center in Gwacheon, and decided to combine Megazone Cloud's AI and cloud capabilities with Atlassian's cloud-based productivity enhancement platform to more efficiently support digital transformation of domestic enterprises.

Atlassian, a global leader in team collaboration and productivity software, provides AI-based work platforms that enhance organizational collaboration efficiency and work productivity, including Jira, a project management tool, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, an IT service management solution. Through these platforms, enterprises can strengthen collaboration between business and technical teams and build efficient work environments. Currently, more than 300,000 customers worldwide and approximately 80% of Fortune 500 companies are utilizing Atlassian's enterprise platform.

Megazone Cloud plans to accelerate the domestic market entry and utilization of Atlassian solutions in line with the rapidly expanding demand for cloud migration of collaboration platforms. To this end, centered on the dedicated organization 「Integrated Solution Sales Unit,」 the company plans to systematically provide three-stage services: ▲initial implementation consulting ▲stable operations management ▲AI-based work innovation.

For customers in the initial implementation phase, Megazone Cloud conducts precise analysis of the business environment to design optimal cloud architecture and supports safe migration without data loss. In the subsequent operations management phase, cloud and AI experts monitor infrastructure 24 hours, 365 days, respond quickly to failures, and provide customized Korean-language technical support services tailored to domestic enterprises.

Based on cloud transformation capabilities and data expertise, as well as domain knowledge accumulated across all industries including manufacturing, finance, e-commerce, gaming, and public sector, Megazone Cloud provides industry-specific customized AI combined with Atlassian's AI technology. Megazone Cloud also plans to integrate and analyze data needed for each industry through Atlassian's external system integration feature, Rovo Connector, to enable AI to perform more accurate and reliable analysis and prediction. Through this, the company plans to help customers link Jira and Confluence data with core business systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that they have already built, enabling prediction of project performance and risks and facilitating data-driven optimal decision-making.
