MegazoneCloud, NVIDIA Korea Distributor Agreement

• Platform-type distributor supporting the entire process from AI infrastructure design to construction and operation
• Domestic supply of AI core infrastructure including DGX·HGX servers and InfiniBand

Megazone Cloud (CEO Yom Dong-hun), a leading AI and cloud company, has signed a Korean distributor agreement with NVIDIA, a global AI chip manufacturer.

On the 13th, the two companies held a distributor agreement signing ceremony at Megazone Academy-Industry-Research Center in Gwacheon, attended by key executives including Yom Dong-hun, CEO of Megazone Cloud, Geoff Fancher, NVIDIA's Global Distributor Director, and Jeong So-young, CEO of NVIDIA Korea. Through this agreement, Megazone Cloud will serve as NVIDIA's official domestic distributor and will begin full-scale efforts to supply AI infrastructure and expand the AI ecosystem.

Under this agreement, Megazone Cloud will supply NVIDIA's ▲DGX and HGX GPU servers ▲high-performance network equipment InfiniBand and other AI infrastructure core hardware products to the domestic market. Based on this, the company plans to respond to AI infrastructure construction needs across various industries, including data center AI training and inference systems, high-performance computing (HPC) environments, industrial vision and edge AI, and hybrid AI factories.

In particular, Megazone Cloud will adopt a new concept of 「platform-type distributor」 operating model that goes beyond simply handling product distribution to help customers rapidly advance their AI businesses. Through this, Megazone Cloud will perform the role of efficiently connecting vendors, partners, and customers while technically orchestrating the entire process including ▲AI infrastructure design and configuration support ▲AI technology verification (PoC) and construction and operation support ▲NVIDIA education and certification programs.

The two companies plan to conduct joint marketing to expand the domestic AI infrastructure ecosystem. Through various activities including industry-specific technical seminars, customer webinars, PoC support campaigns, and partner technical training programs, they plan to expand customer touchpoints and work together to foster a partner ecosystem.
