MegazoneCloud acquires AWS 'Agentic AI Specialization'

Megazone Cloud (CEO Yom Dong-hoon), a leading AI and cloud company, has acquired Amazon Web Services' (AWS) Agentic AI Specialization.

Following its acquisition of AWS Generative AI Competency earlier this year, Megazone Cloud has now secured the Agentic AI Specialization, further validating its unparalleled technological capabilities in the AI field.

The Agentic AI Specialization is a newly established certification within the 'AWS AI Competency,' AWS's partner capability certification program. As AWS restructured the existing 'AWS Generative AI Competency' into 'AWS AI Competency' to help customers more easily find trustworthy AI expert partners, it introduced Agentic AI certification as one of its specializations.

This specialization is granted to partners with the technological capabilities and experience to implement Agentic AI in real business environments—AI that can independently make judgments and plans like humans, collaborate with multiple systems, and automatically handle complex tasks.

Megazone Cloud has executed hundreds of AI and data projects across all industries including finance, retail, construction, and manufacturing. In 2026, the number of AI and data projects is expected to triple compared to the previous year, with related revenue projected to increase by approximately 2x.

Notably, AI-related orders are being secured across diverse customer groups in manufacturing, services, finance, and other sectors. For GC Neoropharm, Megazone Cloud built a generative AI system for quality document automation, significantly improving document creation and review efficiency. It also participated in developing an AI-based automatic package itinerary design system for Hana Tour, enhancing efficiency in travel product planning and customized recommendation capabilities. The company is also undertaking projects to build AI and data-driven systems, including chatbot agents, for domestic financial institutions.

Additionally, as a result of applying AI and data analytics to internal business solutions, Megazone Cloud achieved a 40% improvement in company-wide operational productivity in the first half of this year compared to the first half of 2023. In particular, the self-developed MSP Agent significantly enhanced the productivity of internal cloud engineers in customer support operations. This MSP Agent was developed based on operational experience and usage pattern learning accumulated through services to approximately 8,000 customer companies, and is expected to increase engineer productivity by 3-4x through continuous data accumulation and refinement.
