MegazoneCloud, Technology Cooperation MOU with Israeli Quantum Company Classiq

• Full-scale cooperation in quantum computing business including development of educational programs and planning of joint projects

Megazone Cloud (CEO Yom Dong-hoon), a leading AI and cloud company, is joining forces with Israeli quantum software company Classiq to commercialize quantum technology.

Megazone Cloud signed a 「Strategic Business Agreement (MOU) for Quantum Computing Technology Cooperation」 with Classiq at 「Quantum Korea 2025」, a global quantum technology event held at the aT Center in Yangjae-dong, Seoul from the 24th to 26th.

Under this agreement, the two companies plan to promote cooperation in preparation for the era of quantum technology commercialization, including ▲joint development of domestic quantum education programs ▲planning and execution of joint projects for customers ▲implementation of hybrid computing through technology integration. The two companies also plan to expand the quantum ecosystem through proof-of-concept (PoC) technology verification based on industry needs, customized workshops for customers, and cooperation with domestic and international technology communities.

Classiq is a high-level quantum software development platform company, widely known for its quantum modeling language Qmod and deep compilation technology that optimizes circuits to be compatible with various quantum hardware. Classiq's products help design complex quantum programs more easily and efficiently, and support diverse users, including non-experts, to directly create and run optimized quantum applications. In a situation where the number of physical qubits is expected to expand significantly in the coming years, Classiq's model-centric approach is being evaluated as a key technology to accelerate the practical application of quantum computing.

This collaboration is closely linked to Megazone Cloud's strategy of 「Asia's largest quantum cloud service hub」. Megazone Cloud is providing domestic companies with a quantum access environment based on Amazon Braket, and plans to carry out projects in various fields such as quantum AI, quantum optimization, and quantum chemistry. Through this collaboration, when Classiq's advanced algorithm design tools and platforms are combined with Megazone Cloud's quantum cloud service capabilities, more practical quantum computing utilization models are expected to be developed.
