Created under the support of the IBS (Inclusive Business Solution) program, part of KOICA's (Korea International Cooperation Agency) private sector cooperation initiative, it expands overseas export channels for Vietnamese handicrafts using a global commerce platform, strengthens design capabilities, and sells high-quality designed handicraft products worldwide through expanded distribution networks.
The Challenge
Efforts were made to improve the inadequate product sales channels in Vietnam, where high-quality handicraft products had low sales performance and financial value. There was a need to expand consumer accessibility due to the absence of online product sales channels.

ScaleUp was utilized considering global sales expansion, and it has the advantage of providing flexible service availability. It supports domestic and international shipping services essential for global commerce sites, and efficient infrastructure management was possible through stable server construction via AWS.
